The firm was founded by Ryan Ceazar Romano as he strived to share his vision of creating an innovative law firm with a dedication to excellence in the legal practice.
Romano Law Office’s practice covers corporate law and litigation. Despite its modest workforce, the firm rigorously implements a business model which is at par with prominent law firms in the Philippines. It has a nimble and flexible take on legal work that is focused in providing seamless and customized solutions for the unique needs of our clients.

Atty. Ryan Ceazar Romano

Atty. Romano obtained his Business Administration degree from the University of Sto. Tomas. He took up law from the Arellano University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Atty. Romano worked in both private and public institutions where he gained practical knowledge in the application of law in business and government affairs. Graduating fourth of his class in 2015, Atty. Romano obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree.
Atty. Romano was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2016. He then worked as an associate in a boutique labor law firm, where he advised and represented local and international clients in various employment disputes. In the following year, Atty. Romano joined a premier law firm specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) where he earned substantial experience in IP litigation and enforcement, registration of inventions, trademarks, and copyrights, and on matters involving e-commerce, media, and information technology. Aside from his legal practice, Atty. Romano presently teaches law at San Sebastian College – Recoletos, Manila.
